If your hotel/apartment is close to the city centre or near by the tour route in Amsterdam, we will meet you in front of your hotel/apartment main entrance. Unless otherwise agreed, the tour will start and stop at your accommodation address. Very important, provide us with your hotel/apartment address when you make your tour reservation or when you contact us regarding a tour enquiry.
If we cannot meet you at your hotel/apartment in Amsterdam, we will propose a different starting point.
Weather conditions are no reason to cancel the tour. However, in very severe weather conditions (to be determined by your guide) you will be offered to return at a later time or to postpone for another day.
After you finished the booking and payment process, please check your emails. We have sent you a pre-reservation confirmation. Check the details and let us know if something is not correct.
Within 24 hours of the tour you will receive an email from the guide. From then on and if necessary, they will arrange the last tour details with you, like the final meeting point.
Of course! Please follow the following steps:
- Click on “Book Now” of the first tour you like to book
- Select the preferred tour date, start time and numbers of runners
- Click on “Continue”
- Repeat these steps for your second tour, that way you can have two tours on the same day.

Yes, your guide runs with a small runners backpack so it will be able to carry items limited to wallet, key and phone.
We will run at an easy pace at your request.
We will stop sometimes where the guide talks about the sights, the history and also share a few anecdotes. Just in case you prefer to run all time, just let us know before we start the tour.
If you need to cancel a booked service it is mandatory to email us via email@example.com. If you are entitled to cancel your booking up to 7 workdays before the booked tour date, free of charge. There will be in this case be a refund of the tour price. No refund will be allowed of a cancellation within 7 days.
