1) Look at me, I am running!

The famous Vondelpark thats where you can go for a run (4Km) for almost 24/7. Streetlights illuminate the path.

2) Don’t get thirsty on a hot day

A 6Km loop around the lake Sloterplas. 3 water points per loop. At the end of the run you can jump in the lake to cool down.

3) Long run (15Km) without getting lost

Follow the river Amstel and run unitl you reach Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.
You will see two wind mills and a Rembrandt statue.

A popular park to go for a run. At the far end you will see the old village of Sloterdijk.
